It has been a really long time since I posted anything on my blog. I am still creating ATC's and other paper art.
Since I first posted my creative outlets are expanding
I now attend an ATC group in Fort Lauderdale at Scrapbooking Depot and plan to join the Altered Book group there in January.
The Stamp Shack closed on September 30th and I miss the store. I met so many wonderful and talented women there.
I still go to Miami once a month to the ATC group there also. We just finished a great trade of the 12 chapters of Alice in Wonderland. We each did a set of 12 and traded by chapters. I made 5 complete sets for a total of 60 cards!
I am still scrapbooking with my friends but have not been working on a big scrapbook since my Paris book. I have so many photos and trips that I need to start working on them more seriously. We did a trans-Atlantic cruise and then from Rome to the Greek Islands in May and then traveled to the Caribbean in Sept. on the Solstice, a really beautiful ship.
I attended The Great American Scrapbook Convention with my friends from Pittsburgh and Richmond. I took a class on Glimmer Mists and now completely love using them in my art work.
Always like to learn new techniques!
My new favorite tools are the Tim Holtz distress pads, distress applicator, tissue tape, stamps, and masks.
